David Antonio Green is a cybersecurity expert with 30 years of experience across systems development, IT operations, sales, and executive leadership. A trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and sought-after industry speaker, David delivers insights on cyber resilience, risk management, and incident response, with a mission to ensure businesses in the Caribbean are fully prepared and protected against evolving threats.
Dr. Dorian M. Noel is currently the Deputy Governor (Monetary Operations and Policy) of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and a Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC). Dr. Noel is a former Commonwealth Scholar to the ICMA Centre (The Business School for Financial Markets) at Henley Business School, University of Reading, where he obtained his PhD in Finance. He is also a former Commonwealth Academic Fellow to the Systemic Risk Centre, London School of Economics and Political Science. Dr. Noel holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) professional designation from the CAIA Association. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago (IBF), Dr. Noel was conferred with the title of Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago in 2014.
Kirk is a technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation and operational excellence. He started his career as a programmer in the Financial Industry and transitioned to Chief Information Officer roles in different institutions. He is currently the Group CIO of ANSA McA, leading the full development and implementation of ANSA Bank’s systems following the acquisition of the Bank of Baroda.
Rudy Rampersad serves on the board of directors of the TTMA and the Vice President of Regional Initiatives at Ramps Logistics Ltd. He is an enterprising and inspiring leader in the global supply chain and logistics sector with a BSc in Business Management from the University of the West Indies. This path allowed him to channel his technical expertise and operational passion towards the growth and development of Ramps, steering the company towards new horizons of technology and innovation.
Mr. Sherwin Ragoonanan has an extensive career in IT, spanning almost two decades in both the private and public sectors. He has held positions in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Account Management, and ICT Infrastructure Solutions, Service Delivery Management and Support. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Dearl Bain provides strategic leadership to the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Division. He is also responsible for overseeing the risk management and compliance frameworks and providing assurance to the Board of Directors regarding the Corporation’s risk profile. Dearl has over 20 years of combined leadership and technical experience and has worked on strategic, national-level projects and committees that allow him to bring valuable experience and balanced insight to the space.
Tee Sookoo has 25+ years of experience in network security, risk management, and enterprise architecture. At Check Point, he advises Caribbean clients on cyber resilience and secure digital transformation. He also lectures in cybersecurity, conducts AI-focused research, and shares his insights on cyber risk and digital security through media and thought leadership platforms.
Miguel Bissoon is a Cloud Service Architect with over 11 years of experience specializing in virtual server infrastructure, secure enterprise connectivity, and disaster recovery. At Fujitsu Caribbean, he designs and manages hybrid cloud environments across Oracle Cloud, Azure, and VMware, delivering resilient architectures that support critical business operations. Beyond his technical role, Miguel is passionate about leadership development, creative media, and faith-based initiatives, where he mentors and empowers others.
Obika is a cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience in IT audit, digital forensics, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and cybersecurity program development. He holds multiple certifications, including Security+, Pentest+, CySA+, and OSWP, and actively contributes to regional cyber resilience efforts through ISACA T&T. A regular speaker and writer, he shares insights on platforms like ICT Pulse Podcast, Medium, and LinkedIn.
Vijai Maharaj brings 18+ years’ experience in Enterprise Technology Solutions, specializing in SharePoint and ECM. He has led major projects to modernize collaboration, automate workflows and improve information governance. Recognized for aligning technology with business goals, Vijai combines deep technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach that helps organizations extract maximum value from their digital investments.
Thabit leads the virtualization and infrastructure team and is responsible for post implementation support of Fujitsu's Private Hosted Cloud (PHC) and Public Clouds. He has over 10 years experience in the ICT industry, implementing and supporting infrastructure - server and storage administration.
